Software Error

1f. What is the Most Common Error running your Software?

The most common Error (Failed to Load EA to the Chart) , this error is due to you have to setup Metatrader Terminal according to the EA requirements i.e Telegram API, Webrequest Checked, Allow DLL, Allow Automatic Trading, and some Other Things that cause initialization to fail. Follow the instructions and you shall be able to use the EA.

Setting Metatrader (MT4/MT5) Terminal

The EA setting is compulsory to input correctly depending on type of Expert Advisor (EA) to be used. You can check the Instructions to be follow in order for you to successfully attach the EA. To diagnose the cause of Expert Advisor (EA) Error/Issue, Please check on the Metatrader Terminal. 

How to diagnose the cause of Expert Advisor (EA) Error/Issue


Did the Software (Expert Advisor) generated Error while Running? Check it here (For MT4/MT5) the error code generated. Below are the most common Error Code and if you can't find the Code No, please send email to us for our attention.

2f. We have run the Software BUT it prompt us with Error Alert while running, How do we check what cause the Error?

For Expert Advisor running in MT4/MT5

While you running the Software and the Software prompt with Error, you can refer to Check Error Code and go to Code Number and read the Descriptions.

Note: Check Error Code is Only for Expert Advisor running in MT4/MT5 which is normally the Error generated via Alert or Experts/Journal Message.

3f. We have received the message Failed with Error 0 in MT4/MT5 journal/expert tab? How to Fix this?

This is normally happen if you have NOT setup the Metatrader Platform according to our Software requirement, what you need to do is Click Below Photo (refer to Red/Yellow Box) and Setup the Metatrader Platform (Options > Expert Advisors) accordingly.

4f. The Expert Advisor [EA] prompt Alert Message : Add the address https://api.telegram.org/.. How to fix this?

How to Fix the Issue? First of all, this issue is related to the Operating System Compatibility, the Expert Advisor already added with Webrequest Check everytime you want to run it. This is a very important check that allows you to know the compatibility of the Current Operating System you are using.

Note: The current versions of Windows that are known to be incompatible with our software are Window 7, Window 8 and also Window Server 2008. However for further certainty you can run and observe whether you will get the same Alert which states the same Message. If you don't get any similar Alert, it shows your Window is compatible with our software.


5f. Pre-requisite to check the Software (EA) compatibility and Synchronization with the Current VPS/PC?

Do we have to perform the Pre-requisite Check?

Not necessarily, If you are running Window 7 & Window 8, you shall perform the Pre-requisites Check as we know both OS versions are no longer supported Web Request Function.
